Xykon is seeking enthusiastic, highly-motivated, candidate for a part-time web development internship to support our development projects in Washington, DC. The intern will play a key role in helping Xykon deliver new web applications and contribute to our internet communications strategy. We are requesting a twenty-four to forty-hour work week, and a stipend is available. The start and end dates are flexible, and we are seeking at least a three month-long commitment.

* Provide direct technical support to customers
* Document internal and external customer and partner interactions and resolutions in the existing knowledge based system
* Use knowledge based tools to diagnose and resolve product technical issues for customers within predefined SLA timeframes
* Take ownership of escalated service requests
* Handle urgent issues from system engineers in the field
